SilverSneakers will bring heart-healthy aerobics to your workout using low-impact movements. The class focuses on building upper-body and core strength with added cardio endurance.

SilverSneakers® is designed to increase strength, range of movement, and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights and elastic tubing with handles are offered for resistance. Chairs are also available for you to use during class.
